Let's take the first steps in creating your new Viewws account!
CHOOSE A USERNAME
On mobile 📱 or desktop 🖥️ , visit the Viewws site on your preferred web browser: https://view.ws
Enter in your desired username in the field where it says "view.ws/_______".
If your desired username is available, a green check mark ✅ icon will appear inside the box on the right-hand side. If the username you entered is already taken by another user, the box will be outlined in red with a red ❌ icon inside the box on the right-hand side instead of the green check mark icon.
Once you find your desired username, you can then hit the "Get Now!" button to the right.
👉 Your personal Viewws URL will appear in the following format: view.ws/username
➡️ For example: if your username is 'janedoe', your Viewws URL will be view.ws/janedoe
CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
You'll now be taken to the next screen to officially create your account.
Your chosen username from the previous screen will be autofilled inside the top text box, showing your Viewws URL.
👉 Now, enter in your email in box below your username/URL.
When a valid email is entered, the "Send Activation Email" button will be highlighted for you to click/tap.
Once you hit the "Send Activation Email" button, check your email 📧. You'll recieve an email from Viewws providing a login link that you'll use to get logged in to your account.

If you already have a Viewws account, please hit the "Log in" button at the bottom of this screen to log in.
ADD + EDIT PROFILE DETAILS
You've hit the magic link in your email and now you're in!
Let's add in your profile details! Each required field is outlined in teal.
Upload a photo 😀
Please note (4/8/2025): every user is currently defaulted to our Coachella party themed background.
Name
Phone number 📱
Birthday 🎂 (check the box for "Show birtihday on profile" if you want viewers of your page to see your birthday)
Bio (use the rich text editor for formatting if needed)
When you're done, hit Next.
Mobile📱: on the bottom of the screen, you'll see 'Profile and 'Icons'. When initally creating your profile, it will default to Profile first, then move on to Icons when you hit the "Next" button
Desktop 🖥️ : 'Profile' and 'Icons' will be seen in a panel on the left side of the screen with the "Next" button below.
LINK YOUR PLATFORM ICONS
Now, let's add icons for the platforms you're on! 🔗
You must add at least one account. We recommend to add all of the platform accounts you have that are active.
You'll notice we provide many options for icons to add to your Viewws. Add as many as you want!
Please note: don't worry if you can't find an icon on this screen that you want to add. You'll be able to add it as a custom link later! Check out our Edit Profile page for more.
Find the icon of the first platform you want to add, then tap/click it.
A box will slide up from the bottom where you will enter in your username for the account that you're linking.
Make sure the username you entered is correct, then hit the "Add" button. This icon will now appear at the top of this screen. ⬆️ On your profile, these icons will appear below your display name.
Select the next platform icon you want to add, and repeat the steps until you've added the ones you want.
👉 Once your accounts are added, you can also edit each one by selecting it. Edit it the username/info as needed, then hit "Update".
✅ When you're done adding all of your links, you can hit "Preview" on the bottom of the screen to see what it looks like on your profile. You'll then see an initial preview of your Viewws page!
To add more links that are not listed on this Icons screen, go to the "Edit" icon on the top right corner of your main Viewws page. Find the "Links" tab on the bottom of the screen if you're on mobile, or on the left side panel if you're on desktop. Check out our Edit Profile page for more detail on how to add custom links.
