Adding Icons and Custom Links

Here is where you can edit, add or remove icons for your different platform accounts.

Add a platform icon: Find the name of the first icon you want to add, then select/tap/click it.

  1. A box will slide up from the bottom where you will enter in your username for the account that you're linking.

  2. Make sure the username you entered is correct, then hit the "Add" button. This icon will now appear at the top of the screen. ⬆️ On your profile, these icons will appear below your display name.

  3. Select the next platform icon you want to add, and repeat the steps until you've added the ones you want. The icons will appear in alphabetical order.

👉 Once the icons are added, you can also edit each one by selecting it. Edit it the username/info as needed, then hit "Update".

✅ When you're done adding all of your links, you can then hit the "Preview" on the bottom of the screen. You'll then see an initial preview of your Viewws page!

If you're ready to publish your changes:

Mobile📱: hit the "Publish" button on the top right corner of the screen

Desktop 🖥️ : click the "Save" button at the bottom of the left side panel

Custom Links

🔗 To add a custom link to your Viewws, click the Edit (pencil icon) on the top right-hand corner of your Viewws page.

  1. Go to the 'Links' tab at the bottom of the screen.

  2. On this 'Links' screen, you will see a template of a Viewws profile that shows an example of where these custom links will be located on your Viewws, outlined in teal.

  3. Hit '+' icon on the 'Add Link' button

  4. Choose from the 3 styles of links:

    1. Text Only (no image)

    2. Image (image icon on the left side of the text)

    3. Banner (image covering the entire background of the button)

  5. If an image is needed, upload an image.

  6. Add Title of the link

  7. In the "Add Link" field, add URL for the link

  8. If link contains sensitive or explicit content, check the box next to 'Sensitive Content'. If you select this, when a viewer clicks on this link on your Viewws, a pop up will appear letting them know this link contains sensitive content.

  9. Hit "Save"

Once your link is saved, you can edit it at any time by simply selecting it on your Links editing screen.

Add as many links as you'd like!

👉 Once you have multiple links added, you can rearrange the order of them ↕️ by simply dragging each link up or down!
